AGORA KLINa Plenary Session

Last April 25th, we launched the forum  AGORA KLINa in the Parliament of Navarra to debate and follow-up the Government of Navarra policies against Climate Change. Since then, we have promoted sessions on water and irrigation, urbanism and local environment, women and climate change. Enough novelties have occurred in the last weeks that justifiy the call for a Forum Plenary:

• 2018 October 8th 1.5ºC global warming IPCC special report.

• WOMEN and CLIMATE CHANGE meeting held in Pamplona on October 15th and 16th.

• Pyrenean Climate Change Observatory report: impacts, vulnerabilities and adaptation.

• Drafting processes of Navarrese and Spanish Laws of Energy Transition and Climate Change.

• 2017 Navarra Energy Balance.

• 2017 Navarra emissions inventory.

• UN Framework Convention on Climate Change conference (COP24) in Katowice between December 2nd and 14th, in which the Government of Navarra was present.
