Isaías Bautista, new coordinator of LIFE-IP NAdapta-CC

Isaías Bautista Sanz is the new coordinator of the integrated European project for adaptation to climate change LIFE-IP NAdapta-CC, after being recently appointed head of the European Projects and Local Sustainability Section of the Directorate-General for the Environment, in the Department of Rural Development and Environment of the Government of Navarra.

The previous relationship with LIFE-IP NAdapta-CC

Previously linked to the Directorate-General of Agriculture and Livestock of the Department; highly motivated by the actions of OneHealth since his research and doctoral studies, he was already aware of the project, having actively collaborated in an entomological working group whose activity had synergies with actions related to animal, plant and human health coinciding with actions C.4. Agriculture and Livestock and C.5 Health of the LIFE-IP NAdapta-CC, which aims to improve the monitoring and surveillance of emerging pests and vectors and their relationship with climate change.

Official appointment

The Official Bulletin of Navarra number 34 of 17 February 2023 made official the appointment of Mr Isaías Bautista Sanz as Head of the European Projects and Local Sustainability Section of the Circular Economy and Climate Change Service by means of Order 6/2023 of 6 February of the Regional Minister for Rural Development and the Environment.
